I founded Field Solutions, Inc. in 1997 with a conviction that field marketing could and should extend far beyond traditional CPG applications. The vision came easily, but the execution required reimagining how field marketing actually works.

My approach has always centered on three fundamentals:

Over three decades, our teams have executed campaigns that range from launching the “Milk Mustache” initiative across 15,000 grocery stores to developing entirely new pathways for brands to connect with their audiences. Today, Field Solutions, Inc. operates in regions representing 87% of global GDP, serving clients across multiple industries worldwide.

My field marketing career began at Procter & Gamble, where I led all in-store promotional and merchandising activities throughout the United States. Managing P&G’s corporate field marketing force meant traveling to 42 states in 15 months, an intensive education in what actually drives successful campaigns at scale. Those insights still shape how we approach every client engagement.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from the University of Pennsylvania, where I played Division I soccer. My time as a two-time captain of the Men's Soccer Team taught me lessons about collaboration and team dynamics that proved just as valuable as my classroom education, principles that remain central to how we operate at Field Solutions, Inc. I'm also proud to be part of the ownership group of Akademisk Boldklub A/S, a nine-time Danish football champion founded in 1889.
